ITS OFFICIAL!!!! Formula 4 Fitness is expanding to the Southside of Fredericton and will be opening a SECOND location on Prospect street in just a few short months!!!
This will allow us to serve and help more of our local Fredericton community to experience the Formula 4 way in achieving all of their health and fitness goals! We are VERY excited to have more of you enjoying our private, award winning club!
If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s that NOTHING can break us. Resilience is literally the name of our game and we are here to STAY! We will continue to help to enhance people’s quality of life by using real science and proven methods that we have attained though decades of education and experience.
We are a private health and fitness club. What sets us apart is our private atmosphere. Our facility is bright, hosts state of the art equipment and has outstanding personal trainers! We also specialize in customized nutrition plans and coaching for optimal results! Our boutique experience is intimate, trendy, fun and intense! And you come out feeling motivated and encouraged, ready to conquer the rest of your day.
Our clients will be able to enjoy access to BOTH clubs (Northside and Southside) at all times.
